By accessing and using Stansted Airport Parking, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by parking provider and product type. Free cancellation may be available up to 24-48 hours before your booking start time, depending on the provider. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
4. Vehicle and Security
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy and legal. All parking facilities maintain insurance coverage, but items left in vehicles are your responsibility. We recommend removing all valuables from your vehicle.
5. Limitation of Liability
Stansted Airport Parking acts as an agent between you and the parking facility provider. While we strive to provide accurate information, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by parking providers.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
